Great price and location. Monthly rates are $480. You are just a few miles from downtown area with restaurants and bars. You are also just a few miles from the beach. Sites are very spacious. There are some long term residents that need to clean up their area, and some of the rv’s are old. All the residents we met were very nice. We felt safe and had no issues.

We stayed here 11 days. We are Passport American members so the price was excellent. The owners are so nice and accommodating. We had only planned to stay 4 nights but had some things happen, we called the owners and they were so sweet. This place is a hidden treasure. Yes there are some people who live on site, they were nice also and we didn’t worry about anything there. We definitely will stay there again. Just blocks from the ocean also! Wonderful place!

Avoid this park. We stayed here because of the Passport America rate. The park is run down and dogs run loose. After we left they charged us full rate and we have been getting the run around since January to get a refund. We have dealt with the manager and the owner. they don't return our calls, e-mails or texts. Pay cash or best yet, don't stay here.

Everything was clean here. Quiet. Sites were level and big enough. I liked it.
