I relied on the below reviews and tried this park, which was a mistake. This is an older park with many permanent residences and older mobile homes, park is in a run down condition, only dirt roads and mostly dirt parking places, broken fence, however there are some dead grass spaces. This park is only a block away from a major rail line, train whistle/horn all night. I can not recommend this place. Even though we had paid ahead for a month, we left early after only 10 days, we had all the dust and train horn we could take. Office manager was pleasant, however the owners were very rude and demanding. They told us we could only use the restroom or shower before 9 A.M or after 2 PM. We would gave this review a one star only because they do have large spaces.

Having stayed all over the US. We have never been treated so rudely. All dirt, no upkeep at all. One price on website, another to people in front of us and different one for us. Fields and close to Mexico only good thing. Daisy in the office very pleasant.

Good if you are going to Mexico. Dental clinics will shuttle you. Dusty part of the world, but very reasonable Full hookups. Don't waste water. Owners pleasant. You can ATV also. Quiet at night. Free breakfast!
Bathhouse is one indoor shower toilet. Very clean.

Big level sites. Quiet with trains in the distance. Lots of residents here thought. Seemd fairly friendly.
