What a quant park with the nicest owners ever! They are expanding and building more sites. Excellent little stop. 36 ft Class A towing.

We found this little place on ¿ìÈýƽ̨ and what a find. Place is spotless with very friendly owner. Nice level gravel site with FHU sites, a nice view of the pond with water feature and less than 5 minutes from US 82 with easy access. $40.00 a night and well worth it. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Stayed in 44’ Class A

Magnolia RV park is a diamond in the rough. Great clubhouse with two always clean shower/bathroom combo’s, laundry and recliners. We loved having a pond site and watching the ducks meander around. There is propane onsite. There are no fire pits or community grills. The owners are super! Look forward to going back again!

Very nice park with full hookups. Owner came to site to check us in. Main building is centrally located with clean restrooms/showers, laundry and nice rec room with tv, books, checkers, etc. Will definitely stay again as is reasonably priced.

We rarely stay in RV parks as we prefer more natural settings, but Magnolia RV Park was a delightful surprise. We chose it for convenience but found it to be exceptionally well run, clean and attractive. There’s a lovely pond with ducks that added a special touch for us. The new owners were very friendly and always helpful. They even have propane! Highly recommend this park.

This is our second time here. We met and talked with David the newest owner. Everyone here is great. The park is still a great place to stop. Level gravel slots with full hookups. Very clean, we will stop again when through the area.

Very nice park. Well layed out around a large pond - ducks included. Level gravel sites, tables (no actual patio), and a fenced dog park. Clean and quiet. A fine spot night for a night or longer.

Ideal park, they treat you like family. Take fishing gear for an additional pleasure.

We booked Magnolia RV for a stopoff park for the night on our way to Nashville to see the eclipse. Well, RV trouble sent us backtracking down the road to a RV repair shop. I called Magnolia RV to explain that we would be very late if even able to make it. The park owners were extremely considerate and said not to worry; that our friends had already arrived and were waiting on us and our place beside them would be waiting as well. They asked that we keep them informed. When we finally arrived - very late- they were up and looking for us with cheery smiles to help us check in and hook up. The park is like a park; beautiful with a duck pond and catfish and woods all around. Gravel cites are level and well maintained. Before we left, we had coffee with the owners on the porch of the office - which is nicely landscaped with flowers and mulch and attractive edging. A lovely couple running a first rate park. I highly recommend it.
