I stayed here on a Saturday night in August and there were plenty of open sites. They do have water and a dump station. I was close enough to a water fill that I could hook up so I had water and electric for $10 a night!

Nice stopover campground, clean restrooms somewhat level sites. Not a destination stop but they were accommodating and kind. Next to city park.
