I had a very bad experience with the MGR or I guess the MGR "husband"? I was sitting in my car waiting for my friend it was late so I parked in a spot that was empty right next to her RV. I turn off my engine so I'm not disturbing anyone, because it was after all about 10 or 11 pm. then and all of a sudden I have this BRIGHT flashlight "coming from a couple rvs down" right in my face. At first i thought it was someone looking for their dog but nope, they came right up to my car still blinding me with the light and then some jerk told me I had to leave because I can't just sit there. So I asked him if he was the MGR and he didn't answer he just repeated himself, so again I asked...all he said was "my wife is" now leave. And he walked away....he wouldn't even let me explain why I was there or anything. He was very rude and totally self-righteous attitude was was pathetic. He treated me as if I was some criminal or something? I don't even know if what he told me was true...but maybe he should mind his own business ! I wasn't doing anything just waiting for my friend while scrolling my phone? So disappointed in that guy, what if I was broke down? Then what?...he probably would just tow my car...asshole

This is a basic asphalt-and-grass-strip park. The shade trees are more aspirational than effective. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained, including a clubhouse with showers and laundry. Connectivity is adequate: I’m getting two bars of AT&T to help out the puny camp wi-fi. The owner is friendly. They take cash and check only: no credit cards.
Four stars rather than five because of the setting; it’s basically a parking lot with some grass, but that’s a common design, perfectly adequate for the traveler, and done about as well as it can be done by Oregon Trail.

Best place to stay in the area. Right along the Columbia River with a nice park and marina right out the front door...and no train tracks ? so very quiet. Nice clubhouse and the manager, Janet, is the sweetest person around and keeps the park running efficiently...fast became friends. We play pickle ball 5-6 times a week. Great place to stay
