What a beautiful spot! We had a wonderful breeze and a shaded spot. Don芒鈧�鈩�t expect to be out of your camper after dusk - the mosquitoes are everywhere! Beautiful sunset. Pit toilets. Very much enjoyed our evening and morning at this spot.

Great place and well maintained. Lots of privacy and elbow room. We didn芒鈧�鈩�t stay because the reservoir has blue-green algae, which can be deadly for pets. Didn芒鈧�鈩�t want to worry about our Lab jumping into the water on a hot day, so we erred on the side of safety and moved on, opting to keep her safe. And even though we stopped in early October, the bugs were terrible.

This irrigation lake was quite low and the mosquitoes were terrible, but sites were large and there were few campers. The gulls and pelicans were entertaining and there were plenty of shady lake side sites.

Great little place but the mosquitoes were like fog. Lost a pint of blood walking around.

Love this place. Most of the sites are quite far apart and every one is right on the water. Except for the 2 handicapped sites, you just park on the mowed grass in any configuration you want. So all are 芒鈧�艙pull through芒鈧�聺 and you can orient your RV to view the water. Sunsets are amazing. 3 vaulted toilets but are likely a decent walk as the campground is quite long. Most sites have 1 table but some have 2. I would have given this a 5 star rating except there were 3 trailers without the associated vehicles. Looks like they are parked here for the summer. Thus, it would be nicer if there was a 14 day limit. Highly recommend this campground. So easy to get to off of the main road. Quiet except for the birds and cows in the pasture nearby.

Beautiful area on Nelson Reservoir 20 min east of Malta, Montana. Plenty of level spots for a short layover. Mosquitoes are definitely out. It was pretty busy but you can find a quiet spot off the beaten path. A short gravel drive is required but the road is decent.

Beautiful but swarming mosquitoes so bad could not get out of vehicle. Did not stay. June 2018

Sweet spot! Quiet! The camp sites are tree lined, huge and the lake shore is easy access from each site. Stopped here for the night - it really is free! There were picnic tables, fire rings with BBQ grill and vault toilets. It was hot and windy but that helped keep the bugs away some.... Watched cottontail bunnies, squirrels, robins, gulls and pelicans. There were some fishing boats on the lake, which the lake was bigger than I expected. If we are ever through this way again we will definitely be coming back here for a few days!!!
