Our favorite RV Resort by far, wouldn't change a thing. Every site is great with incredible views and the grounds are kept immaculate. Bad part is we live a long ways away and every other campground or RV park we visit can't compare to Anchor Down. We've booked 12 nights for next June and can't wait to get back.

Wonderful new resort! Great for Class A-Motorcoaches! It won't be this inexpensive next time I am sure! Fantastic views!
One tricky part, when you exit the resort to the right, pay attention to I-40 sign you can miss it very easily! Then you are
15 miles out of your way around Dandridge to pick it up again!
However great resort, we have a 43 ft coach with tow car! Amazing stay!

New, fabulous and fantastic park. Paved, landscaped sites. ... all with lake views. Huge pool, boat ramp, dog park and kids playground. A bit pricey but you get your monies worth.

I have been camping all my life, and Anchor Down RV Resort is the most amazing campground I have ever stayed at!! The owner is wonderful and the staff couldn't be more fabulous and helpful!!! The bath house is massive and is something you would see in Home and Gardens!! Truly an amazing place to stay!!! Don't hesitate, book now!!! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, Anchor Down is a 15!!! Get the golf cart, it's fun!!!

This has to be the nicest campground we have stayed at.
The nicest thing, besides the view, is that some sites have an outdoor fireplace.
This place has great and clean bath house.
We will definitely be back.
Staff is super friendly.
