Quiet, wooded, spacious gravel RV lots. No traffic! Stayed here while we enjoyed College tours in the area. We were 30 minutes - 1 hour from everything. There’s a small playground for children. We watched many campers show up for overnights and then move on / so must be a good stopping point. Will definitely be back for another visit if our teen picks a College nearby. And Good Sam discount!

We stayed here before closing on our home in the area. Very nice park. Everything was very clean. Quiet and off the beaten path. Spaces are not crammed new to each other. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived at our campsite
I opened the door of our Class C and my service dog - a yellow lab - jumped out and had to go to the bathroom
We had been driving for 5 hours and she was ready to relieve herself
We walked twenty feet and there was a golf cart upon us
"That dog needs to be on a leash"
Really
I am disabled
Barely out of my vehicle
My dog never leaves my side and was next to me when the golf cart was upon us!
The person was not at all friendly - just authoritative!
Further
The campground is 4 miles out of town and they have no provisions - even ice!
But that golf cart was around every 30 minutes to make sure my dog was on a leash!
When I called to make the reservations she said you have the last site-
but there was at least one other site right across from us that stayed open
Not a real friendly feeling here!

We loved this campground. We got a back-in space for our 30 foot fifth wheel and the space was nice and wide. It was gravel with full hookups. It's a beautiful park. It's fairly new so not a lot of amenities but the one bathroom I saw was the nicest I've ever seen in a campground. There was no cable. I would suggest every space should have a picnic table.

Beautiful campground with very friendly and helpful personnel. We arrived after office closed and all info was waiting for us. We were also met by a worker who escorted us to our site. Campground is very clean and neat with level sites. Hookups for water and electric were above average in design and ease of use. WiFi available but no cable. We have a satellite dish so this was not a concern. I would recommend this campground to anyone and would return if in the area.

This is a brand new RV park (around 1.5 years old). It is very clean and the spots are spacious and extremely well maintained with easy access from I-85. I called from the road after the office closed but the owner answered immediately and assigned me a spot. He was very helpful...could not have asked for better service. The bathroom/washroom is brand new and very clean. The only suggestion I have for the ownership is to add A/C to it as the room is a little muggy in the summer. Also, there is no cable or at least I could not find it and I did not see a laundry room. Please note...I am new to RVing and this is my very first review. I gave this park 5-stars because, especially for the price, it is a very nice little park and what it may lack in services, it more than makes up for it in condition, beauty and friendly staff. I was told that they are still adding to the park so some things like cable and laundry might be coming. I stayed in a motorhome for only one night but I will definitely add it to my short list for future stays when I'm in the area. I found this park using the Allstays app on my iPhone.
