Great area, friendly, nic clean restrooms and showers. Lots of long term campers, feels like a community.

We had a great time at LaGrande RV Park. We had used their dump station several times after driveway surfing at our son's place. The park looked good so we decided to give it a try and it was great. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, laundry and club room. New and well maintained playground and a lovely nature trail to hike or walk the pups. We will return.

According to the on-site care-taker, this campground was originally built in the 40's and was actually a KOA at one time. That said, it is anything but that now. During a recent overnight stay here, I also learned that the last owner passed away a few years ago and his widow has a separate career with little interest in maintaining or improving the campground. This is apparent. The sites are a decent size, but electric/water hookups are questionable. More importantly, THERE IS NO BATHHOUSE, THERE ARE NO SHOWERS, THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS AT ALL! If you have a nice, big, comfy, fully equipped rig and just need a place to park it overnight then this place works fine. If you want anything more for your $35+ a night, then look elsewhere.
