Avoid this place- rundown and terrible management. I'm not sure why the reviews of this place were good. The only positive thing was the serving staff at the restaurant. I'm traveling in a van. So why would I pay upwards of 60 per night for a place with no showers and terrible bathrooms. It took me two days to find the large dumpster which is placed in a weird area. The sites are not cleaned up and it's far away from any amenity like a grocery store. It seems they decided to turn a marina into a campground and are not doing a good job maintaining it. When I complained of no hot water and low water pressure the manager kept blaming it on me that I should have reported it earlier. He was so rude and didn't even offer a partial refund. Absolutely horrible place. I'm forced to leave early.

This is spot better left to locals and their fleet of pontoon boats. It’s nothing special with most permanent trailers from the local population. I had made a reservation online through Saturday night departing Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Knock on my door Saturday wondering I was leaving. The reservation system had shorted me a night. I did not catch it in the volume of emails I was sent from the booking website. Not did they alert me. When I showed up to check in, the guy acted like I was speaking foreign language. Asked if I knew where I was going? No so he pointed to it from the front door. No confirmation of dates and stay until the knocked. I had divided the price by 6 nights and I thought a little pricey. Instead by 5 nights it’s over priced. Let the locals drive their golf carts unmolested.

Awesome place. We will be back. Folks there are great. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The Staff go out of their way to make your stay worthy of a return stay. Keep it up, Al, Chad and the Crew.
