Really nice park. Stopped for one night in early April so the water park was not open. The sites are level and the park is really clean. The owner was super friendly. Highly recommend this park.

We stayed here for 1 night while passing through on our way back from Louisiana. Great clean park and great customer service! Beings we stayed in January the water park wasn’t open but would like to return when it’s warmer to check it out.

What a neat Park!! Clean! level gravel pads! Generously spaced and wide enough to easily position your unit. Excellent Wifi! And the owner Rick super informative and responsive! I encourage you to support venture river RV park on your next trip to this area - I know I will!😎

Top notch for the area. Brand new, so everything is clean. Friendly people and the water park looks amazing if you come during the summer.

We stayed at the Venture RV & Water Park for four nights. We were looking for some campsites on the LBL penninsula, but they were all full. Saw this site, and I'm glad we found it. It is a newer park (2018), but the owner is working hard to make it a nice place to stay. There are no full-time residents. There is a nice sized pond that is on the property that makes for some pleseant scenery. The sites are all gravel, and all full hook-ups. There are pull-thru sites available in the middle. The sites are long enough that your trailer/fifth wheel/motorhome can fit in your site and your truck/towed vehicle can fit in front. There is a good distance between the sites as well, you aren't all shoved together like in some parks. There were all kinds of RVs there from 42' toy haulers to small trailers.
The owner, Rick, is very nice and service oriented. We had great AT&T cell service at the campground. It is about 15 minutes from the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. There's a great restaurant next to the campground called the Willow Pond that is worth a try if you like local food. At $35/night, it was also decent price. We will definitely stay there again if we are in western Kentucky.
We stayed in our 35' fifth wheel.

Easy one night stop off interstate. Level gravel sites, full hookups. Quiet and clean. Stayed in October so water park was closed.

We stayed one night on our way home. Brand new, level sites, clean bathrooms and showers. It’s new so the trees are still small but they planted many and in a couple years they will add shade and beauty. Nice fire rings, power and water and sewer all work beautifully. Sites are gravel with a wide grassy area and all new composite material picnic tables. These folks have put their hearts and souls into making a friendly, safe and family friendly facility. Stay with them if you are in northern Kentucky.

This RV Park just opened in 2018 and is very nice. We stopped for a night in January on our way south to warmer weather. We were the only camper in the park. The owner was super nice and gave us a tour of the campground and the water park, which was closed for the winter. Very convenient place to stop on your way south and would be a fun place in the warm months when the water park is open. Walking distance to a couple restaurants and grocery store.
