Don’t go here!! It’s TERRIBLE. Absentee ownership & management. Try and call someone, you won’t get anyone. None of the amenities that they claim to have. I’d give it a zero if I could. Absolutely disgusting bathroom that didn’t work anyway. I could go on, but you have been warned.

Some permanent and some snowbird so sites for travelers are usually for visitors to the residents. Operated for a remote owner so payment by check, no cash or credit card. We stayed in a 17' TT one night in May 2021 and did not use facilities or electronics. Full hookups but lots of mosquitos after dusk.

Snowbird city. Access is hard since most just stay there all the time I guess. But it's nice once you get into a site...if you can.
