The drive to get to this spot is pretty-through lovely pastoral areas. We visited in March, so the hills were still green and there were wildflowers. The day use area has seen better days and is in need of some maintenance. The Camping spots farther down the road are nothing to write home about. Bathrooms need attention. We looked around, started to park, but ended up giving it a pass. Not at all inviting. We are not OHVers, just campers and that probably made a difference in how we viewed this area. No cell service.
