First, way too expensive! $75 including tax a night for a gravel site. If you want to check in early, you pay an additional $10. Ridiculous. Everywhere you go on site, there are excessive warning signs. The dog park has the sign to pick up after your dog. Perfectly acceptable and appreciated; however, then there is an abrasive sign next to it stating this is not a free poop zone for your dog. This is the type of thing all over the area! You do NOT fee welcome at all. I’m sorry, if there are a minute few that aren’t going to follow the rules, your abrasive signs aren’t going to change that. All you’re doing is make by the rule following majority feel unwelcome.

Very nice, well groomed park. Flat space to park our 45MH, nice picnic table and grassy area. No fault of the owners but not much was open to go out and do wine tastings or eat due to COVID.

What a wonderful RV Resort! It is laid out in a manner so that you don’t feel cramped, beautiful grass between sites. They have an amazing amount of activity for adults and families so that everyone feels welcomed. The restrooms are some of the best we have used in our travels and as our son lives in the area it’s the only RV resort we will use when in the area!!

This is a big, beautifully laid out, level and manicured park with large sites. Easy off/on in/out in our 35 ft MH and toad. Multiple reservation issues. We were confirmed for a site but someone was in it. They put us in another and next day someone pulled in and we were in their confirmed site. This continued to domino but with some matter of fact conversation we stayed put. Fenced dog area and escort to site are always a plus for us.

Very nice park. It's a newer park so everything is in good condition. You think you are way out of town at first with nothing close by. The staff informed us that there is a Costco, a Mall and every major restaurant just 4 miles away. The staff was friendly and the gift shop was cute. They also had a good selection of RV items.
Price is reasonable.

One of the nicest places we have stayed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The greeter guy meets you at your rig when you pull up. After you check in he leads you to your space, helps you park straight, and makes sure you know how to hook up all the utilities. Lots of grass between the spaces, newer park so all the trees are small and don't provide any shade. It can get pretty windy in the area so be careful with your awnings being left open when you are gone. Very nice pool and hot tub. Resort is located south of I-82 and there isn't anything close by.

This is an excellent well run RV Resort. We stayed in their mid tier section which was $51/night with an AARP discount. The only difference between their highest tier was these sites were not paved. The place is well maintained and each site had planted flowers and even a slider bench along with a picnic table. It has a very nice gift shop/store and a great pool area. It is right off the freeway, but noise is not a problem. It is very pet friendly with pets given a treat bag at check-in and multiple pet areas and even a very large grassy area that dogs can go off leash if they are well behaved. The place was pretty full, but the sites are fairly far apart so you don't feel like you are on top of one another. They do have their lowest tier section that have sites closer together, but it was only $5 a night to move up to the mid tier. The wifi was the best I have ever experienced. Their bathrooms were very clean and you got your own individual lockable room. It is a newer park so there are not any mature trees so there is not much shade. It is also not real close to stores, but not a big drive to get to them. I did not think this place was overpriced at all; you get what pay for!

Very nice place. Nice store, great wifi, large event center with TV, ping pong, pool table.
As the other review said - I too would rate it higher but the rates are comparatively high.

Stayed a couple days to see friend. Would I stay again? Maybe - but I would either pick a lower priced space in the park or explore other local parks.

It would be 6 stars, but overpriced, so 4 stars in my book.

Pool, hot tub,... Lots of amenities.

We stayed here to take the Hanford Public Tour and to see the B Reactor.

Best WiFi in any RV Park.
