On our way back home from Canada and stumbled on this gem. New ownership and first full season. The owners Arron and Malory are great people. Both have done a lot of work on their new venture and it shows. As with all RV parks in Long Beach the park is in a 2 row set up with 10 on one side and 10 on the other. Full hook ups with 30 amp service. Great common area outside dining facilities with tables, multiple grills , pans, utensils, and fire pits. Real friendly environment with motivated happy employees. Will visit again . 5 stars

No kids here! Lots of rules and enforced but just expect that.
