Very neat and clean. Paved road and concrete pads with grass in between, with a small pond in the center. Manager/owner lives in the trailer next to the building. The site building houses the office, laundry, restrooms and showers. Laundry was quite nice and clean with four washers and four dryers. Wifi code given to us but we didn't use as our Verizon cell signal was full strength LTE. Cable TV worked great. Nice place to walk our small dogs although there are apparently alligators in the immediate area. Very friendly host/owner (Donna).
Price is $30 cash or check....no discounts. Many work campers and the two that we talked with were very friendly. We ran into no other dogs while we walked ours around the park, which seemed unusual so they may not be allowed for the work campers. I'd like to repeat that it was very neat, clean and seemed to be very well run! Quiet. We only stayed here overnight as we were traveling through the area. We were in a class B. I won't hesitate to stay here again!

Great park, nice manager, restrooms were clean every day.
