Nice concrete back in pads. They have recently raised the rates $39 a day, $195 a week and $500 a mi month. There is zero privacy as park is open to the public and people are walking around your coach. Plus soccer practices and games around you. It is close to Grocery store and Walmart. Good for a one night stop.

Just checking reviews and saw that there hadn't been a more recent one done since 2016. This is a rv park maintained by the Civic Center. The sites are concrete with FHU's. Wifi is good depending how many are in the park. The park is very quiet and close to shopping. We have wintered here for the past 6 years. Monthly is $350 with a 90 day limit. Park is convenient for rallys and large gatherings. Previous review stated about shared utilities but in the years we have stayed there we have never had to share. The park does not have showers. The park has a playground, water park and tennis courts and also community soccer practice and locals taking their daily walks. Also a dump station.

Electric is a mix of shared connections, sites can be back to back which I don't like too much. Clean.
