Only 5-10 minutes from Big Thicket. Nice, safe, quiet park with level well spaced sites. Clean bathrooms with hot showers. Very friendly owner & host. 2 bars of 5G with T-mobile. Love what they do for disabled veterans. Would definitely stay again.

Quite primitive, but has level grass spots. Our fifth wheel is 29’ and it was just a bit tight turning into our spot. Extremely quite with about 4 long term residents, but only 2 were present. Single washer and dryer available near the parking spots. Bathroom and showers a bit of a walk away towards the cabins. Showers very small, but clean and water is hot. Floors are plywood. I definitely preferred this spot to what I saw their competitor closer to the Big Thicket National Preserve, which had no shade and RVs stacked side by side. Owner, Ronnie very nice and helpful. He even offered us to thanksgiving dinner at his church.

Pretty primitive place for what they claim. Lot of stuff doesn't work or really isn't there like the website claimed.
