This was a great campground. We checked and checked all the campgrounds closer to the Smoky Mountains...all booked. I'm glad they were. As we drove by those campgrounds and saw how much traffic there was, I'm happy we found this one. Dumplin RV Park & Farm is a beautiful, giant lawn where RVs park all over. They have electric and water at every site (although I imagine they might offer some no-hookup sites as there is empty space). There is sewer hookup at some of the sites. There is a dump station on site as well. There are no bathrooms, laundry facilities, playgrounds or WiFi (I never use those amenities anyway, and you're paying for them whether you use them or not). The price was very reasonable at $35/night for 30 amp and $40/night for 50 amp. This is someone's farm and home. It is very picturesque, with amazing scenery all around. Plenty of room to maneuver even the biggest of rigs. We had solid AT&T and Verizon cell coverage. I wish there were more parks like this; simple, easy, give you just what you need. There are KOAs if you want the rest. The Smoky Mountains are about 45 minutes away (but 2 hours in traffic). You're isolated enough to be quiet, but the main highway is a short distance away. We will definitely stay here again. We stayed in our 35' fifth wheel.

A one night stopover next to the I40 passing through. It is/was a farm, nothing much here. Nice large grassed sites, no shade. Full hookup. Close to Sevierville. Price was in the mid $50’s.

Gorgeous pastoral view. Cows mooing. Grassy sites. Accommodating owners. Well maintained. Had mechanical problem and the owner graciously provided hardware and tools. Easy access to I-40 and restaurants. Easy in-out at gas station with tow vehicle. Would definitely come again.

We stayed here one night while traveling. Family/staff were very friendly, campground is a large field converted to grass rv spots. Spots were fairly level, we stayed with water & electric, but they have some full book up spots. We are traveling in a 40ft fifth wheel and had no problems, it is big rig accessible. Beautiful views, convenient to I40 & restaurants.

Good overnight stop, but not a destination campground. Beautiful old farm turned into RV park. Not a spot of shade, but rolling hills that made my imagination run wild. Not a bad stopover. Use her directions on the website, not GPS. Easy access from I-40.

Stayed one night as we were passing through. Great location and easy access to I-40. Grounds were well maintained and sites were level and spacious. This campground is very affordable, probably even underpriced. Would gladly stay here again. I didn’t use the bathhouse, so I can’t speak to its condition.

Quiet, beautiful, ‘once-a-farm’ RV park. Level pull through on gravel w/30 amp full hook-up. Super friendly owners and easy check-in. Great, spotless bathrooms/shower w/a few ‘amenities’ for the ladies. Walk around and smell the clover, listen to the birds and hear the cows mooing. Wish we could have stayed longer, but just passing through. Would definitely stay again & explore the area. 26ft Class C w/toad

Beautifully kept farm that became an rv park! Spotlessly clean and very pastoral views! He should charge at least 50 and it was only 38!!
