Over priced for what you get. No wifi or cable. A mobile home park with some RV spots which are very narrow.

VERY good vibe here -- welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lush green, river, train and sometimes the smell of freshly baked bread when the breeze is just right. Daily, groomed grounds are lush and shaded. Everything you need is here. Really glad I found Eugene RV Village!

The grounds and bathroom are not well maintained. Railroad/train noise is loud. General disrepair to the area. Not recommended.
