Great couple, Ray and Emile, run the park. We drive a 37' Class A with toad. Had a pull through. Stayed here following a lot of rain and the roads and spots were a bit nasty as a result. But concrete parking pads helped. Worst criticism is the park entry. Easy to drive by the entrance before seeing the sign AND the short road up the hill might as well be one lane and it has a short sight distance curve in it. If you meet someone, one of you will have to back up. So I'd consider entering/leaving without the toad hooked up.

Full hookups on reasonably level pavedl sites, all good for an overnight. High on a bluff above the Arkansas River, there is a great view from one part of the park, but not generally available to all sites. Many residents seemed to be long term, but were nice to us. Friendly owners and workers. Sites a bit close together.

Great location super close to Tulsa and keystone lake/Ark River but up on a bluff and thus away from any flooding/traffic/potential crime. Flat paved sites, nice private bathrooms, friendly staff with cute dogs. Gets quite hot during the day and there is some distant train noise.
