Stayed here for a few days when my sister passed away in March. We have four small dogs and it芒鈧劉s hard to find a hotel that will allow you to have them. This area doesn芒鈧劉t offer much, there芒鈧劉s a casino less than 10 mins away but not many hotels or other places to stay. Although the ground was frozen and he technically wasn芒鈧劉t in season, he allowed us to stay here due to our circumstances. It芒鈧劉s very quiet and convenient to Little Valley, and Salamanca. Ellicottville is only a few minutes away as well. Overall I feel that they went out of their way to ensure that we had a good stay given the situation I was in and the reason I was visiting. Would like to come back in the summer time and enjoy the beauty of the area.

Definitely not a 芒鈧揜esort芒鈧. Open field full hookup. Has an indoor 芒鈧搑ec area芒鈧 with a pool table, couches, and tv. To be used by registered campers only, no guests welcome. No fire ring or grill and sites are side by side. $2 to wash and $2 to dry, large residential machines. Clean bathrooms/showers (1 men芒鈧劉s, 1 women芒鈧劉s) but men芒鈧劉s shower comes out in a cone shape. No adjustments. Bring bottled water. Less than friendly staff.
