Nice place. Host Chuck very friendly & congenial. Lots of good kayaking and bicycling in area. Plan to return in Spring for birding of adjacent river and protected forest area

Nice place. Owners very friendly. Very clean. Newly upgraded electric and water. Many campsites right on the river and a 65 acre dog run free area. Only negative is the traffic noise on Rt 10 but probably will be lees once the leaves come out on the trees. We're preseason camping with our 26' Travel trailer. Mostly open field camping with a few wooded sites but for small rigs or tents I'd guess. Firewood $7 per bundle.

This campground is a hidden gem in Swanzey, NH ... good old fashioned camping at it's best, with accommodations for tents at the river edge to Class A campers.? Our hosts Chuck and Laura Mills were most hospitable and knowledgeable of the sights and activities in the area.? Most entertaining if you enjoy, hiking, kayaking, canoeing.? Tucked away past a residential area of town between two of the areas covered bridges and surrounded by forest trails.? We will definitely return to continue unfinished hiking journeys!

Spacious RV sites next to a big field suitable for games, dancing, etc.; campground is on a lazy river and campground rents canoes at a reasonable daily/half day rate! Tent sites are right on the riverbank with port-a-potties; bathhouse is a bit of a hike from here and we didn't have need so I can't comment on them.Game room in a big barnlike area, laundry and office upstairs. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Wifi only available at the main building. A pleasure to stay here.

Beautiful clean campground on a peaceful river, very relaxing, with spacious campsites, choose sunny or in the woods. There is a place for everyone from big rigs to tents. Friendly owners. We will be back.

Beatiful campground however the full hookup site have quite a slope to them. Four inched from front to back. Friendly owner working on new site, easy acess to trails, river and forests. Owner will drive you and the canoe or kayak up river for an easy paddle back to camp.
