Facility is for self contained units only. Gravel site that was fairly level. We stayed on site G5 (on the end) and had a fantastic view of the mountains and corn field beside us. There are a lot of seasonal campers that leave their units here year round, although the campground is only open from May 1st-October 31st. The seasonal campers were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with almost everyone. Creek side lots are a little closer together and more expensive, but the creek view is wonderful. 1st time in Maggie Valley in over 20 years and this campground made it better. Rates were fairly reasonable, especially if you stay for a week and get their discounted rate. Wifi was iffy, but the cable worked fine for newer TV’s. Camp host were very helpful and some of the nicest we’ve met.

It’s just a place to park. No frills of any kind. Internet is useless if you need to do any kind of work online. Nicer spots down the road for the same or less money. I did not speak to owner but from other guest he is not a pleasure to speak with. Glad I was only there for a short stay. Will not be back.

Fantastic. Free wifi cable etc. host is very nice. All gravel but well maintained. Level site 59. Water pressure is strong.

This is for self contained rigs. No facilities. nice place.
