Basically a parking lot, dated facilities including washrooms. Gates prevent you from catching an early ferry.

Pleasant enough campground. Generally clean but dated. Sites mostly in the open on a grassy plot next to the river. A quick drive from Victoria if you are a late ferry arrival and large enough that it's likely not to fill up. Good for an overnight or a base to kayak the Sooke River.
