Nice little park. Huge shade trees. Four spots with electric/water. Note, there was one water hookup per two pads, so may need a splitter if other campers are there. We were there for one Sun night. Had the whole place to ourselves. The left two sites by the farm fields had the best shade.
We were in a 24’ Class C. $15/nignt 10 day max stay.
Well maintained park. Has two bathrooms and one shower. Facilities were clean and in great condition. Shower was roomy and had waterfall shower head. Has dump station.
Easy walk into town. Well stocked grocery store.

Park itself was lovely, as was the woman who ran the Community Center where we paid. Bathrooms did not have running water (it was mid September) and were dirty and run down. Price was right for an overnight stay in a pretty park.

Nice little park fun little town. Hardware store was a hoot newspaper has a liquor store in it found the lady in there pushy and the other grumpy wouldn’t recommended there but all in all nice town.

Echo the previous reviews. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the trees need trimmed along the narrow entry drive and dump station. Used the shower, big and clean. Walk to town is 5 minutes and has a clothes boutique, post office, hardware store, grocery with cafe. Newspaper office has Herbie's Speakeasy inside (Liquor Store) that features local spirits. Great spot for some down time to relax.

Stayed one night… Fantastic little park campground and friendly community… Electric and water hook ups as well as RV dump. Very quiet, well-maintained park, and nice playground for the children. Shower facility is clean as a whistle, and works well. Our family of seven enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stop in again. Thanks Stapleton for making our stopover pleasant.

Stayed one night in small travel trailer in early Sept. Had park to ourselves. Four graveled sites, drive through grass to get to them. Mostly level W/E. Nice bathrooms and hot showers. Lots of trees and room for pets. Very quiet. Nice place. 15.00 nite donation.

We were looking for a place to stay in the general area (near the Sandhills Scenic drive yet not too close to the RR with night time traffic) to break up a long drive. We're self contained and don't use the facilities. We stayed on a Friday night in mid-October in our 25 foot MH.
This is a very nice town CG. There are 4 sites with water and electric. The parking spaces are gravel surrounded by grass and mostly level. The park is clean and well maintained. There are trees throughout the park for shade (and pretty foliage in October). There's a dump station and dumpsters. There are bathrooms/showers that are open seasonally (closed by mid-October). There's no WiFi. There's good ATT and Verizon coverage. We were alone in the park and had a very quiet stay.
The park includes a town tennis court, a volley ball pit, swing set and picnic area.

Nice park. Fresh water to fill tanks, 30amp electric and dump station. Free, but donations are welcomed. Quiet farming community and everyone was very friendly that we encountered. Would stay again and highly recommend

What a quiet cute little small town camground with an old fashioned playground, electric and a dump station. You can walk to main steet for a market and cafe. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to anyone who likes the quiet simple small town feel.
