I have lived in the park for almost 3 year's and I love it here..If they get anyone who does drugs or causes drama, they handle it. I am so used to the train that I listen for it.. great price

Just parking here. Trains are noisy and plentiful. Run down long term rigs. Needs to be cleaned up.
