Faulty electric wiring first site we were assigned to - fortunately coach protected us from bad wiring and did not accept electric connection. There was no one on site to help us and moved to another site - left phone message. The ground is also very soft so could get stuck in the rain. Worst of all found out that the water supply has a high concentrate of nitrates. Only found out by reading a health department sign that was behind an obstruction in the office building window. It stated that the water should not be given to a child under 6 months old, not mixed with formula and not boiled (could raise concentrations of nitrates.). This information was not provided when I made my reservation. Train noise is also an annoyance. The only saving grace is the view of Chimney Rock although it is on fenced private land and cannot be accessed.

Very remote on the open range ... Excellent views. Beautiful fields. Not many here today in May. Full hookups and very level . Nice rate $35 stayed in a Motorhome , towing.

Poor signage; property difficult to see for those arriving after dusk; Very "buggie"on the highway into the property and tons of mosquitoes on site. VERY noisy all during the night with very active trains and loud horns. Very remote location, but view of Chimney Rock is good.

View was spectacular and owners were very friendly and helpful! Would stay here again.
