This set up is a little confusing. I believe there’s five RV spots. It’s nice and level all five have electric only one has sewer with two spots /Spicket for water :0/ thankfully it all worked out we arrived first talk with the people that showed up after us. We shared the sewer taking turns dumping, along with having them hook up their water up with ours. Great overnight stay :) with a little rearranging this place would be perfect

Works well for one night, especially when you need to dump.

Anyone who stays here knows its just a parking lot before they get here, so with that in mind, it was ok. Not much road noise, reasonably level, close to the border. It is still pricy at $35 a night. Wifi did not reach us but she said we were welcome to come hang out in the lobby if we need it. I am guessing the pool hasn't been useable in years. They are using the empty pool and surrrounding room to store furniture etc. Their set up is a little confusing. one spot is a nice FHU spot. Spot 2 has electric, with the sewer sitting in the middle of the asphalt, about midship of a full size rig. No cement surrounding it so it was hard to notice. Water is only in one place, you'd have to run a hose under whatever rig is in #1 spot.

i stay here every year during the International Festival. For that purpose, it is good, as is within walking distance of everything that is going on! Last year they set up a "beer garden" next to the Motor Inn, and it was LOUD until about 2 am!!
They have 5 or 6 sites, but only 2 have sewer hook up. 30 + 50 amp.
A great place to stop if you are heading to or from Canada..
