Location, location, location, this is THE PLACE! On the bayou, bar on site , restaurant across the street, general store 1 mile, antiques and AWESOME ATMOSPHERE 😉

Older park that has been updated to 30/50 amp service. Some gravel/grass at sites. Communal picnic tables, not at each site. New owner (of 3 years) was not aware of OLD internet web page linked to Allstays app, showed very old rate of $18/night. Currently $30/night. Good stopover place along HWY 49. Did not hear any noise over our air conditioner, and we had a pull-through right behind the bar.

Can loud until real late at night with bar noise, more quiet during the week. Gets muddy with some rain. Fast.
