I agree with all previous reviews. Owners not on sight. I would encourage calling before arrival. All campsites easy to gain access. Everything in immaculate condition; bathroom very clean; WiFi was excellent. Showers require quarters; 25 cents for five minutes; I bought ten minutes and had plenty of time; water was hot and plentiful. No coin machine on sight so that could be awkward if you didn芒鈧�鈩�t have any quarters. There did not appear to be much in the local town which is within walking distance, but I did have a beer in the local tavern, 芒鈧�艙Loading Pen芒鈧�聺 and the owner and patrons were friendly and talkative. I stayed at park one night and would stay again. Excellent value at $22 per night.

We had a very pleasant night here in our 42芒鈧�鈩� fifth wheel. Site 1 was long enough, as were the other sites, and a bit easier to get into than the others. Owners weren芒鈧�鈩�t on-site but came by and graciously trimmed some branches that interferes with our slide. It芒鈧�鈩�s a great park for smaller rigs who can more easily situate themselves with regard to the lovely young trees, but because we needed most of the length of the pad we needed the trimming. Would stay here again. Only a few trains came by (quite close) but none in middle of night.

Very convenient. We arrived in the snow in January. We put our money into an envelope and hooked up. No one came to see us. The hookups worked well. The Wi-Fi was great, even though we appeared to be in the middle of a field.

Charming 10 site park. All pull-ins. Shower, washer and dryer,FHU, wifi. Convenience stores nearby. Congenial host. Tremendous value at $22 per night. Tables at each site.
