The fee is now $18.00 for non-Montana residents and am extra $5.00 for the one available electrical site (the campground host has the 2nd outlet. The common grass area was watered, green and mowed.

Not a bad park. We were lucky and got a 50 amp site for our 40’. Water at some sites. Some pull through sites. No dump on site so went to the Town Pump in Forsyth, bought fuel and got free dump. Park could use more attention but like all facilities counties are financially short.
If in area again we would stop and check out the Yellowstone River fishing.

Nice campground. Could use some TLC (trim trees and shrubs) but it is roomy w/large grassy areas, nice pull thru camp sites, back-in, & tent sites. Seems quiet and sits right on the Yellowstone River. Lot of anglers fishing off the bank in and around the launch area as well as a couple of boats in the water. Had 3 whitetail deer wander into our campsite. Good stop over on our way to Medora, ND.

Old campground with 60'+ cottonwood trees shading most campsites. $12 @ night non Montana resident fee (2 sites have electric available for $5 additional). Walking distance (200 yards) to the Yellowstone river boat ramp and fishing near a small dam. Nice place for overnight away from the Interstate, but trains can be heard in the distance. Would stay here again.
