Looks like a very nice place. But with three $$$ I expected around $30-35 a night. It was $50 plus over 12% tax. So we did not stay. The price is why only three stars.

Great and convenient campground for an overnight stay. Clean with nice spacing and both pull through and back in RV sites. Nice pavilion with large grassy area and beautiful tent camping area as well. There is some highway noise due to proximity to I-40 but can easily be masked by turning on your fan. Definitely a good place to stop.

Staying here during Corvus-19, what a delightful and beautiful place we feel blessed. We will definitely be back

Beautiful spot on the river: shady, moderately private. The staff was friendly and helpful, we were able to reserve and pay over the phone and choose a site. clean restrooms. We loved the drive from Asheville through the mountains to this spot. Our only dissatisfaction was the noise from the highway, which was quite close.

Tent sites are smaller but most are on the riverside which is cool. Kinda wish the interstate noise was not so close to park. But makes it convenient to get off highway and camp when passing through

Very small little park, might be hard to larger RVs to get through, but we had no trouble with our little tow-behind. We arrived after 8pm and the office was closed, but they have a number to call to pay over the phone. Staff I spoke was very nice, rate was fair. The showers and bathrooms were older but clean enough. Grounds were clean and area was quiet. Would stay again!
