There is only ONE site with full hook up. Lovely park, paved pads, all new picnic tables, nice playground. Water only at all the sites but the one with full hook up. Narrow roads through large redwoods in the park. Lots of shade.

Absolutely lovely campground. Several sites were big enough for our fifth wheel. Amazing playground for the kids. Beautiful trails through the redwoods. Nice and quiet. No showers yet, but they hoping to add them if they have enough funding.

For $15 it’s awesome. The Redwoods are gorgeous and almost as nice as staying in the State Park (which cost us $35). Sites are a bit small (we were fine in a campervan - a bit tight for larger rigs). Sites had a fire ring and a nice picnic table. No showers, just bathrooms, water spigots and garbage bins. We stayed in January and it was just us and the camp host. Super quiet, 2 bars/LTE with AT&T. Would definitely stay again.

For California this is a very cheap, basic campground. We paid $15. No facilities. Restrooms only. However considering its location in the beautiful Redwoods I would recommend for a few nights. We stayed one night in April.

Reasonably priced for California. Stayed in the only full hookup site in the park for nearly 13 days because the prices were the best I've seen. Camp hosts were not overly welcoming. Couldn't give me change for the park pay unless I bought the overpriced firewood. Don't buy the firewood here, it is not cured and very fresh. Great park but needs new, friendlier hosts.

Very nice campground. Definately limited to very small rv's (class B) and tents. One site was large enough for our 33' class C, but had to park our toad in another site (the host let us). We were lucky enough to nab the one site with full hookups, $20. The rest were $15 with no hookups at all. We stayed 6 nights and day tripped from there. Walmart/town 4 miles away for easy supplies. One of nicest Ace Hardware stores I've seen. Nice hiking trail around the park through the redwoods and a great playground for the kids.

Right off of 101 and basically in a housing subdivision. It is a stand of Redwoods that sit in the middle of a development that looks mid-70s vintage. Small campground with fairly private sites and even has a group camp area. It is quite attractive setting-wise in the park with a small creek running through park. The problem is that you can hear the highway traffic at all hours and also the residential neighbors returning to their homes also elevate the road noise. I stopped in late March and it was around freezing in the early am but there were only two other campers in the area. Really only large enough for van-type camping or tent camping. No showers but the park and bathrooms were clean. No showers. If you arrive late and leave early perfect stop over off 101 but if want to spend a day of it this isn't the stop for you. Very reasonably priced for California.
