Well maintained small campground on Karick Lake, South Side. Beautiful lake that is stocked with bass. No swimming allowed. Pets ok. Decent boat ramp, dock and large fish cleaning station. Hiking trails. Sites are paved and have fire ring and picnic table. Water and 30/50 amp service. Access is easy and paved in excellent condition. Booking was easy on the state forestry website, even late in the day. Bath house is older, but clean. Dumpster and pumpout available. We stayed in site 15. All sites have lake views. It was quiet and uncrowded. TIP: avoid site 1 as the electric box has reverse polarity when we tried to hook up. There is a campground host, but they were not there the one night we stayed.
