Not sure why this park received 3 stars. This is a five star place. Extremely clean, the area is great. Excellent views of the bay. The road is nice and wide plus camp sites are generous. Definitely a must visit!

This place is terrible. Staff is rude and nobody follows any rules. Dogs all over the place, most off leash, crap never picked up, and the dogs left to bark all the time. When we mentioned this all you get are blank stares and the canned response, 芒鈧搘e芒鈧劉ll look into that芒鈧, but nothing ever happens. Dog crates and dog fences on most sites with small barking dogs. Never again芒鈧..

Good facilities which are well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Typical gravel pads and roads . Sites are fairly close together, typical of most private campgrounds, especially the ones facing the bay. Beautiful views over the water. Close to Port St Joes and shopping and dining. Cape. San Blas is about a 15 minute drive. We would come back in the future.

This place has a new clubhouse and place is just OK. The staff onsite are poor and rude. I was lied to when made reservation, they said to me all spots are 65芒鈧劉long, our Spot barely fit a 31芒鈧劉 RV. When we tried to change location, as we had paid premium for water front, I was told the spots that were open were reserved. We stayed for a week and those spots I asked about never had anyone in them. Onsite staff are terrible and lie to your face. The area has very little to do, sad to see all the damage from last hurricane. We will never stay here again. Over priced and very poor staff.

This is a good place to stay for a quiet, enjoyable vacation. The site we stayed in was easy to get into, wide with trimmed grass and level. Views of the sunsets were great from the upper deck of the clubhouse. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature.we stayed in April of 2018 in a fifth wheel.

We had been looking forward to staying at Presnells for quite a while because we had hoped to do some fishing and boating, and thought the location would work well for us. We were so disappointed in early May when we stopped there hoping to spend 4-5 days. It was the off season, and there were lot of open sites when we arrived around 7 in the evening. The office was closed, and there wasn't the usual list of open sites or directions for registering. A guy drove up on a staff golf cart and said the registration is too confusing so we couldn't stay in any of the open sites. We could stay in the site next to the road, but we couldn't go into the main campground. It was all very rude. If that's the way they treat guest all the time we certainly won't bother stopping again.

New ownership. Lots invested. Cable TV. Sewers. New clubhouse. Heated pool. LPG refills. Nice place to stay. Away fromy busy places like Panama City but still close enough to drive there. Nearby St. Joseph State Park is gorgeous.

This campground could be nice. It is expensive for the current amenities. Water front sites are $55 per night, $330 per week and $800 per month. All other sites are $45 per night, $269 per week and $700 per month. The sites are gravel and each has a grass area and a bench. All sites are now complete with power (50 and 30 Amp), water and sewer. However, there is no cable TV. Pity, as it would not have cost much to install cables along with the water and power lines. Now it will be expensive if they want to do it.
The laundry is the most expensive we have encountered in thousands of miles across the USA. $4 per wash and $0.75 per 18 minute dry cycle. There are two washers and two dryers, all front loaders and of high quality.
The swimming pool is only partially completed, half full of water and in need of tiling and completion. There are pilings for a future recreation room next to the swimming pool.
At this moment in time (9/14/2016) you get a fully equipped campsite and storage for trailer(s) across the main road for your money.
The staff are very nice and willing to help.
There is a good concrete launch ramp for boats up to about 24 ft, and it costs $10 to launch (maybe free if you are camping here). There are small docks available and it costs $18 per day to keep a boat at a dock. There are no facilities at the dock. Compare this with $20 a day for a mooring ball in downtown St Augustine and that includes a free water taxi, a dock place for your dinghy, showers and washrooms, laundry and access to the meeting room.
We will probably be back. One of the nice things is that it is very peaceful here. The road (30A) is little travelled and so road noise is minimal. There were very few campers here (5 or 6) when we stayed for a week. As we have a small sailboat (14ft) it would be a nice place to sail with easy access to the sound.

FYI, As of Jun 2016, this campground is going through a major upgrade. It looks like more sites will have full hookups and gravel or paved lots. They may be aiming to lure more long-term campers.

The first row of camp sites are on the water. There is water and 30 Amp electricity. No sewer connections. There is one (1) toilet/shower for the men and one (1) toilet shower for the women. Both are DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! Fees are $50 a night 4/7/15
I will not return.
