It’s at a very beautiful location. If you go there for fishing, then it’s the place for you. Having said that; to get there, it’s miles and miles of gravel/dirt, ribbed roads. It’s a very bad idea going there in a motorhome. It’s isolated, for using the trash can cost you $5. Using the shower cost $5 and on the last two rows no Wi-Fi. Paid $45

I DONT LIKE TO BE MISLED this fishing spot is 25 miles over dirt roads from Walden only pros are nice lake and nice view lady at desk nice cons are dirt,bugs dust, no shade ,no facilities open, garbage locked you have to go office to get unlocked luckily we are only here for one night

5 STAR time here for a month. It is a fishing Rv park on the shores of Lake John. We had 50amp full hook up.

We feel bad for owner Bill. The forest fire to the north maybe 6 miles has kept some folks away. It is crazy: we could watch the smoke to the north move to the east. Only 2 days were we bothered by small amount of smoke.

Bill had a young man, Wyatt, who worked hard to keep the park up and asked many times if we needed anything. A 5 STAR employee! Note: bring all the groceries you will need. It's 70 plus miles to real grocery store in either Steamboat Springs or Laramie. Bill has limited items in his store.
