A place of last resort. Very worn out and need of major repairs. Had full hook ups BUT the water didn’t work. They had a hose to fill up fresh water tank. It’s a very small park and it looked like all but 3 sites were permanent residents. Parking lot and road way is dirt and full of large holes. The picnic tables are so old and dirty, they’re unusable. The bathrooms are clean but very small. The price of $41 is tempting but I cannot recommend this par.

If you're looking for a simple place to just park and rest, then this spot is fine. The Motel looks worn and the park for the RVs out back is hardly glamorous. BUT -- the the town of Fairplay is adorable and convenient to many attractions (quick drive to Breckenridge, Frisco, etc.), plus the owner/manager, Jodi, is super friendly and helpful, and was able to accommodate our 45' motor home and 20' trailer. We stayed for 2 nights.
