We didn't stay. We drive through to check it out, and we're totally turned off. MANY permanent campers and you were instantly made to feel like a guest in "their home". I tried to wave and got snubbed...I have a new trailer and tow vehicle, some folks don't like that :( I have to assume the local residents were in this group. We left, and found azelea right up the street, WAY NICER and we ended up with a balcony on the pond. Glad I said "let's keep looking"
