This is a great little campground. Relatively quiet and very close to VC Summer NPP. Rates are reasonable, especially by the month. ****Caveat Emptor****. If you book for a month and then leave early, they will bill you on the next higher rate, which is logical. Don’t complain or give a bad review when this happens.

From the first phone call to check availability until now that I am here, this has been the most pleasant experience. The managers are like family to everyone! This place is absolutely the best in my opinion and I DID check out all the others around. Staying here long term for work and so far I am loving it! Never found a place so friendly and easy to communicate with! They are awesome!

We found this little gem because of the evacuation for hurricane Irma. It's about 15 miles outside Columbia but we didnt mind as it was worth it to have the quiet this place provided. No light pollution so the stars were amazing! Great staff that was accommodating and very friendly. Its a new campground and they are still working on it. Looking forward to watching the future changes as they continue to make improvements. We will definitely be staying again. We are in a 40' motorhome with a tow. Didn't have any problem navigating through the campground. Lots of pull throughs and level sites.

Camp ground is great it's close to work and very efficient for the cost owner is friendly and helpful I've stayed at a lot off places that really were bad so I know when it's good and this place is great!!!!!

This is a nice RV park and clean. He is in the process of putting in more spots, dog park. Has a laundry on site. Owner & his employees are really nice people. Very nice place to stay.

Bad Internet service and washers/dryers are a joke. Garbage is overflowing. Place is filled to capacity and the owner only cares about getting his rent money. Do not stay here.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. He has two washers and two dryers on site, both of which are price gouged and only work on occasion. Several break ins without owner having a care in the world. WiFi is protected through a filtering device as if we are all 12 years old, and only works 25% of the time. Yard man mows with the chute wide open and has broken several windows. Garbage dumpster is always over flowing. No management on site at all and good luck getting any information from the owner - he only comes around at rent time. Also, no playground, tables, and a "shower room" so disgusting I wouldn't wash my dog in their ONE tub. Bathroom also does not have a lock on the door or toilet paper.

Camp site for V C Summer Nuclear Plant. No internet. Several tents. Weekly and monthly rates only. Toilets and showers and laundry are an office trailer. Mail is iffy. Did I mention no internet. No level pads. All pads are gravel. 30 minutes to Walmart etc. Convenient for V C Summer workers.
