Residents only, no overnight camping. Not a resort at all; run down property.

Absolutely horrible.. Starting with the smell (granted it was from the lake)...but it was a mixture of dead fish mixed with sewer...the grounds were unkempt and facilities were not working properly. We had to get power from the next site over because ours had none. Thankfully we had a cord long enough to reach. Then the laundry facilities were dirty, had multiple wasps nests INSIDE of the laundry room...wifi while on, did not work. The only positive thing I could say was about the guy who checked us in (he wasn't the owner...the owner was away on vacation)...he was very nice. I would NOT recommend staying here...ever...for any reason.

Run down, mostly long term guests/residents. Plenty of smokers that leave cig butts.Some wild children. Resident dog owners do not pick up.Piles of poop near the lake access. Very sad. Wi-fi not turned on. Bathroom not too bad. I skipped the coin operated shower. I would have given the resort 2.5 stars. Beautiful location.if you can overlook the lack of care and disrespect to the environment its a lovey spot. Water birds and lake access.
