Stark moonscape, non existent Wifi, sterile environment, won’t be returning!

Management cares nothing about the privacy of its residents. They spread rumors and gossip seems to bed rampet! I would never stay here again. I paid for a month and left after 5 days. So don't need that kind of abuse!

I have to give this five stars due to cost ($325/mo plus electric) and the helpfulness of the staff. Apparently there was an ownership and management change a couple of years ago and it's much improved. There are few amenities but we don't need them. Most people are friendly and outgoing and we just enjoy talking to people. My wife says the only downside is the lack of an outdoor picnic table; the road noise can be loud but we're right next to the road so this was expected. We'd come here again if ever in Yuma.

Made a reservation 5 days ahead of time. When we got there they had rented our space to someone else. The manager said,"Sorry, the new girl in the office made a mistake." She had called around and found us a different RV park that cost twice as much. Does not sound like she was very sorry!
