This is all about location. Basic parking with water and electric on site. $57 ouch, but again all about location. Dump station available. Convenient location to visit family and friends. There was an event going on so we were unable to stay near polo fields. Stayed in Q lot, very close to trail. Horizon park on the other side of wash…pickleball, playgrounds, etc Very helpful staff. Will stay again. 40’ motorhome with tow car.

Basic parking lot camping, water/electric, dump station. If you are here when there is not a large event happening it is wide open, very large spaces near polo field (PF section) are great. Not easy to find reasonable uncrowded RV spots in Phoenix metro area. This place does it. $37/ night. Office staff helpful. Did not feel unsafe at any time.

This is a basic no frills water and electric park. Each of the 300+ sites have potable water so don't know why it was a big deal that the dump didnt'. We stay here when we need to go to Mayo Clinic. Its very inexpensive and very close. Unless there is an event going on, they will always have room. The sites are wide open, the interior roads easy to navigate. Might want to look at satellite view first. Its a huge venue, and can be confusing the first time. We like the PF (polo field) section- it has grass. $33 a night in Scottsdale is a bargain.

Called, was on hold 15 minutes only to ask if they had a dump for RV’s. The answer was yes. Great. I drove 30 minutes out of my way only to find out there was no freshwater fill. It’s common courtesy to inform anyone if you don’t have freshwater fill. It’s well known in the industry. This isn’t the real problem. The underlying problem is that you will end up dealing with teenagers that are paid minimum wage and have no idea what they’re talking about. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is also a dump - pun intended. And it’s impossible to find. It was a total nightmare.

Basically pavement with hookups. Not very secure feeling.

This is a unique place to stay. If you get into one of the parking lot type sites, it would be dusty crowded. We were on the POLO field’s edge and it was excellent! Cheap! Peaceful and great grassy area for the dogs. Convenient location. No sewer but they have a dump site.
