By far the best park we've ever stayed at. Prices are great, people are great, facilities far better than any place else we have ever stayed. The only downside is that they don't take reservations. So you take your chances by trying to stay here. But, if you do get in, then you are going to really enjoy yourself.

Came here, first knowing reservations are not taken, but called three times over the previous two weeks to confirm we could come. Even the day before we were scheduled to come. Got here at 1:15 on 3/18 and the office was closed for the day. Nice guy said park in the dry lot and come back at 8 am. So we did. Last night the Board for this park decided to close this park to new visitors. Therefore, we have to leave. I can only give it two stars because: we did not get to see or use any facilities. We were always treated nicely by staff on the phone, but because they closed early, and the Board did what they had to do, we lost our chance to stay here for a week as planned. I really had looked forward to staying, it looks like a nice place and the people are friendly. As a full time RVer, who is very proactive in making plans and reservations, having a park that does not take reservations makes me queasy. Now even more so... but we are in troubled times. I understand the decision and understand that we got caught in a loophole. And, I realize there are a ton of us out there who had reservations in places, and they are being cancelled. Silver Lining: we were welcomed with open arms down the road at San Pedro RV Park, and the office staff here at Saguaro was nice enough to give me a map with phone numbers for the other parks in the area.

Wow! We agree with previous reviews below. Friendliest welcoming people proud of their Park and it shows. Fabulous fitness center. Great hospitality at happy hour and morning coffee. We have been Escapee members for 5 years but this was our first stay at an SKP Park. Very pleased we opted to try this one. If we are ever back this way we will be sure to stay here and make it longer than a one night stop.

SKP coop, friendly, members, daily happy hour with announcements and introductions for newcomers. Trails off in the desert. Park is terraced, so each site has a great view. Community building for many activities, library, gym, laundry, sewing, quilting. Take the tour. Several stone structures around the park.

Great staff and welcoming residents. Our first stay at an SKP park as new Escapees. Site was wide and clean. Clubhouse was also nice and clean. We were not able to take advantage of the week special they offered, and gave us the ability to use it on our next stay. Would definitely stay a week here and see the town in better detail. We only have the weekend this visit, however our first day leaves us feeling good about staying at this SKP co-op!

Don't let the pages of rules cause you to rule this place out. You do not need to be an Escapees member to stay here if you can print out the coupon from their website for a good deal on a week's stay.
Everything here looks clean, well maintained, and attractive. There are many volunteers that keep the landscaping and public areas in good shape. There is no litter blowing around or piles of dog excrement all over. I haven't even found a single cigarette butt anywhere.
Sites are not tight and they are well laid out and big rig friendly. I may be the youngest person here right now, but everyone so far has been very nice and friendly.
