Amidst all the tourist glitter in Pensacola Beach, this campground is excellent. Wide roads, level concrete pads, good utilities, tables in each site, beach and fishing pier. Very clean. Some Summer amenities, umbrellas, beach and lounge chairs, beach bathrooms, outdoor Tiki Hut Bar. Several restaurants within walking distance, I found the best to be Flounder Chowder, try their Key Lime Pie. The owner tours the campground every weekend looking for ways to improve. Very nice, competent staff, both the office staff and the grounds crew. A contract service is available for RV/Trailer washing. Overall, very good, close to good beaches, restaurants, good views.

Beautiful site allowing their own beach for the dogs to walk. A lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. Great area to run in the mornings. Very nice staff. The only Dow is the sites are very narrow and the big RV’s slides are almost next to you. The restrooms were so so. We will definitively be back. Stayed 4 nights

This campground was incredibly nice. They have a beach at the campground on the intercostal which is clear blue beautiful water. There is a tiki bar at the campground beach! Across the street is the gulf with another beautiful beach. The campground is well kept, and all the pads are paved. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. They check every box of a great beach campground and we will definitely be back.

This place has LOCATION. That is what you are paying for in an upscale, well maintained, immaculate, RV-Park/Resort. You are on the Bay and across the street from the Gulf. It does not get any better than this. Absolutely nothing to complain or grouse about.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is the perfect location to be able to swim in the sound and also the beautiful Pensacola beach. The pool was also a great option to cool off after too much sea water. Plenty of options for eating and drinking within an easy walk. Staff were friendly and everything was so neat and tidy. Only downside would be that our sitting/table area was right beside our neighbour’s dump hookup.

Very nice and pricey, but comes with a great location. Deluxe sites on sound side are a little strange. Power and water is actually on your neighbors site next to their patio. The sites are long but not wide with very little area to place chairs, etc. Everything is clean and well maintained.

We've stayed here several times. Plenty to do and walking distance to so much. There are two dog beaches on the gulf within a ten minute drive. Beaches are nice, RV park is nice. They have a very nice Tiki Bar and beach area on the bay (sound) side.

Fantastic campground. Your own private beach on the bay. With tiki bar, tiki hut with table and chairs. Swings and pet friendly. Short walk to Gulf beach. Sites look tight but we really didn't notice because the way it is set up. Staff very friendly and helpful. In the center of everything Pensacola Beach had to offer.

This resort is located in the center of Pensacola Beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants / bars, etc. The beach on the Gulf is across the street! Nice sites with grass and FHU. This is a resort type property. The sites are close together. But the amenities make it worth while. The owners are adding extras all the time. We are normally State Park type campers, but this is the perfect way to spend time on the beach. Well worth the money.
