Great Campground & ditto what everyone else has said, however, during the week is best or when it’s officially open… after fee season the locals hit it hard and in mass after work & it quickly descends from lovely to loud! ATVs seem to be the main draw to this site for 90% of occupants. Very Cold nights in late september at this elevation, sub26° so be prepared!

What a great campground!! The East side has great views of the huge meadow with stream running through and Snow capped Big Horn mountains in the background. Good chance you’ll see moose in the willows. The sites have good space and privacy among the huge lodgepole pines. No electric but we used our generator once a day. No water in the bathrooms but they were very clean. Also limited cell coverage from Verizon. So much to explore in that area, that it’s worth the rustic parts. Hope to come back someday

Camp hosts were wonderful! Filled by late afternoon. Lots of mosquitoes. Wow. Peaceful except for the ATVs. Beautiful meadow behind campsite. Tight spaces.

Beautiful setting, well appointed USFS campground set alongside a beautiful meadow in the mountains. Wide spaces, new tables and fire rings and very clean. The elk were bulging in the meadow morning and night!
