I stayed here because the next one up the Beartooth, (my favorite) still had 3 ft of snow. (Late June). It's a great campground, the falls are really loud, and there are some good views to the South. My only complaint is that its had a lot of mosquitos

Great views of river ,ranch and the bear tooth. On other side of road a nice hiking trail to the falls, not a long hike but well worth it.
