We stayed at this place for 4 nights July 6 -10, 2014 and it was awful. It is far from a resort. They say it is under new management but that has been over a year ago. Apparently the new managers/owners has not showed up yet. The pool had no water it look like it had been broke down for years. This time of year it was unseasonally hot in the high 80's so a working pool at this so-called resort would have been nice. You know we did pay $100 per night and of course you can not get a refund so you are stuck staying at this so called resort. The mosquitos were so thick you could not sit outside (due to stagnate water right by the campsites. The laundry facilites were fiflty. You never seen staff members working around the grounds. There is a lot of work that needs to be done. The picnic tables have not been painted in years and what paint was left it was flaking off really bad. They are a real a hazard. We did speak to our neighbor that was parked next to us and he too was very disgusted in the facility. It was a race between us as to who could get out the quickest. I wish I had read reviews before booking this place. Remember what you see on the internet is not what you will get at this place. Bottom line it is sad to say that the walmart parking leading up to this sight was a much better place. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FROM THOSE WHO ACTUALLY PAID GOOD MONEY THE STAY THERE.
