First of it’s a cute little campground. I give the 1 start due to the treatment of my wife and kids. They went swimming and after about 5 minutes a worker pulls up a yell at them for being in the pool telling them to get out. That he had the pool locked. Well he had for got to lock it after he added chemicals and didn’t have the chemicals right. He didn’t apologize for his acting the way he did and my kids came back crying since he made they feel like they did something wrong, when he was the one who screwed up and didn’t lock the gate. Plus the pool is one of the only real amenities so have your pool right on 80+ degree days. Ridiculous actions on his behalf, no need to be an A**hole.

Very small and quiet campground. Staff was super nice and friendly. Bathrooms and pool were well maintained. If you sleep with your windows open, you will hear train whistles at night, but with windows closed we heard nothing. Our site was completely level, and the paved area with a swing, table and chairs, grill, and firepit were all wonderful. We used this location as a base camp to explore the Bighorn Mountains, Bighorn National Recreation Area, Chief Joseph Scenic Byway, Cooke City, Cody, and Thermopolis. Location was perfect. Did a little fly fishing on the Clark Fork of the Yellowstone near where it meets the Beartooth Pass Highway…very scenic.

This is the cutest and cleanest campground we have ever stayed in. Every site has a concrete pad and is very level. There was not a single weed in the whole campground. Beautiful pool and playground area. A nice dog park. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry were all spotless. Laundry was very large and even had a pinball machine. KOA Internet was very good. Owners are on site and extremely helpful and nice. The campground backs up onto the river and 2 mile paved walking path. The entire walk is absolutely beautiful. We had three bars of AT&T and four bars of Verizon cell service. We would certainly stay here again.

July 2013- we can not say enough wonderful things! We were greeted by the owners with cold bottled waters, a treat for our dog, taken to our site and assisted with setup. There was a customized welcome packet forums with our name printed on it. The sites are all level, concrete pads with nice tables, fire pits and grills. The pool was immaculate. A mat stay place. Btw - while Greybull is not on the major tourism site list - it is a gem with. Many things to do. The owners of this KOA make sure to help you with plans and suggestions. One last note - you can walk blocks to local restaurants!
