Very large, super clean RV park located in town. Sites are level with full hookups. Strangely some of the sites have the electric and cable hookups on the opposite side of the camper. The bathhouse and grounds are kept very clean. There鈥檚 a laundry, playground for the kids, tent area and souvenir shop. Check in is easy and everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Easy walk to Main St. Would definitely stay again.

We spent 3 nights in our 22鈥 sprinter van. The folks in the office were very helpful. Had water and electric. WIFI was okay. We walked into town. Got our exercise and saw the sights. Would recommend.

Close to a 5 star on our scale, but a few muddy spots around the back of our trailer and next to our truck drops it 1/2 star. Fabulous little gift/ traveler supply store that is reasonably priced. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean and well maintained restrooms and laundry. Close to the Buffalo Bill museum. Lots of shade. Quiet, especially at night. Great, great place!

My family stayed 2 nights in site 5 with a 31ft travel trailer. The staff also gave us site 4 for parking our vehicle. Sites 1-10ish are tight gravel lots designed for maybe short RVs or travel vans. We enjoyed our stay so much, in fact we wish we had planned more time to stay in Cody. The playground was within eyesight and the staff we super friendly and accommodating. We hit the nightly rodeo, horseback riding and Buffalo bill museum. No wifi and very limited ATT service. We really enjoyed our stay at ponderosa!

Incredibly helpful staff, kind and plenty of ideas for our stay. About hour芒鈧劉s drive to Yellowstone, but plenty to do in Cody as well.

Beware芒鈧hey take only cash or check - no credit cards. Nice RV park near city but quiet. Pull-thru section for big rigs; back-in section for smaller rigs. Long, level, gravel pull-thru FHU-50 amp site that did not feel crowded. Both camp wifi and personal Verizon hot spot were very slow where we were in the park. Excellent cable. Internal roads are good and most trees are trimmed high (some could use more trimming). Picnic table. Laundry. Check-in people share a lot of information about the area; very helpful. Don芒鈧劉t miss Buffalo Bill Center of the West (excellent) or Old Trail Town. Lots to do in the area, including Cody Trolley Tour, Cody Mural & Museum (LDS Church), Irma Buffalo Bill Hotel & Saloon & Gunfight; Cody Cattle Company Dinner & Show; Cody Rodeo, Cody Firearms Experience (shoot a Gatling gun), and more. Cody is at the East Entrance to Yellowstone via the beautiful Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway (and dam and lake). Absolutely would stay here again if in the area!

I did not find the sites and roads as tight as others mentioned.Level gravel sites with free cable TV. A bit pricey.

This is an in town RV park on a busy road (but right next to a Dairy Queen which thrilled our granddaughter). Spaces are very tight and close together. Shades on you windows are recommended so your neighbor doesn芒鈧劉t look in on you. We had a pull through for our 40芒鈧劉 plus tow vehicle and we barely fit in the site. They do not do online reservations and they don芒鈧劉t always answer the phone. Made our reservation months in advance but they sent no confirmation, did not state what dates we were there for when we checked in and they overcharged us for two nights and would not refund the excess. Found the front office staff less than helpful.

Two nights in a back in site for our 23 foot class B. Spaces are tight. Staff are super helpful. Because no one was answering the phone for the trolly tour, he jumped in his truck and drove me over and waited to confirm I had gotten a reservation. That芒鈧劉s real service! Nice friendly people! Lots of grass and trees. All is clean, bathrooms and showers are on the older side.

So芒鈧漌e are giving this park 2 stars and those are only for the front office staff who are friendly and helpful. The park itself was OVERLY crowded, they jam-pack rigs into too small of a site which leaves very little room for your tow or vehicles on the site or even around the site. It was a hodge-podge mess w/rigs & vehicles everywhere. The roads were too small to get big rigs safely into sights and too small to jocky for space to leave when others were leaving. There was damage to our rig trying to get in a site we shouldve never been in. There is a pull thru area for larger rigs but they must have been full because we got a back in on the other-side. There is a tiny dog park by the teepees but basically unimpressive. This park sits on a curved road芒鈧漡ood luck getting out when the road is busy. This park could be better if redesigned with few sites. It is mostly for rigs 35芒鈧劉 or less on the back-in side. We wont recommend or ever stay again unfortunately.
